Why We Started
Across Raipur, Bhilai, Bilaspur, and surrounding towns, Dewangan (Koshta) families have always relied on personal relationships and samaj centers to arrange respectful alliances. But as younger generations moved across India for higher studies and careers, traditional matchmaking became harder to coordinate.
Many parents told us they felt unguided on massive national matrimonial websites, where our community is just another dropdown item and profiles frequently go unchecked.
We created Dewangan Sangi Sathi to solve this directly. Our goal was straightforward: combine traditional gotra matching and thorough manual verification in an easy-to-use mobile platform designed specifically for Koshta families.
